You Must Have Clearance to Volunteer

If you would like to volunteer on campus for the 20/21 school year, please click on the link to fill out and complete the volunteer application. The cost is $5. The enrollment is good from July 1, 2020 through the following June. Each July, you will re-register for the following school year.

Once completed, the Raptor system will respond within 48 hours to let you know if you are cleared to volunteer. All volunteers must be approved through this process, no exceptions. Please note, when selecting our school it will not separate Archway Lincoln and Lincoln Prep; it will clear you for both schools. You may choose multiple campuses if that applies to your family.

Upon entering Archway Lincoln, all visitors will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID, which will be scanned into the system. It is important to note that the Raptor system only scans the visitor’s name, date of birth and photo. Additional visitor data from the driver’s license is not gathered nor is the system connected to any other system such as the Department of Motor Vehicles. Therefore, any other information on the ID is not scanned by the system and is not accessible to any of the users. Once entry is approved, Raptor will issue a badge that identifies the visitor or volunteer, the date, and the purpose of his/her visit.

Please note: 1)  If you sign up for a time slot and find you have to cancel, please provide a minimum of 48 hrs notice so we may have time to find a replacement.
